Two-color Cylinder Glass Plate Level Gauges


Features:

The instrument does not have blockage or leakage problems

The instrument has a large flow pass and a sensitive liquid level

Working principle:

The two-color principle of the two-color cylinder glass level gauge is to apply light to different refractive index and reflection characteristics in different media, and to use a color filter to produce a certain filter color. Thus, the appearance of the liquid phase is colorless (black or green), and the gas phase is red, that is, two-color display. The gas-liquid boundary is extremely clear.

In order to discharge the residual liquid for sampling, cleaning or maintenance, the upper and lower ends are equipped with thread plugs.

The measuring range L is greater than 3000 mm. In the middle, there is a support. The flanges for the support and the connection are the same.

Non Blind Zone Glass Plate Level Gauges


The non blind zone glass plate level gauge is used to directly indicate the liquid level in the pressure vessel and the open vessel. The characteristic is that there is no blind zone in the indicated liquid level, and the visible range is the same as the measurement range.

Working principle:

For non blind zone glass plate level gauge, the upper and lower flanges are connected with the container to form a communicating device. The glass plates on both sides are staggered, and the blind zone on one side can be observed on the other side. The upper and lower valve bodies of the level gauge are equipped with steel balls. When the glass is damaged by accident, the steel balls are automatically sealed under the action of the liquid level pressure in the container to prevent the liquid in the container from continuing to flow out. The upper and lower ends of the liquid level meter can be equipped with sewage discharge and exhaust valves for removing air, sampling and flushing, and releasing residual liquid during maintenance, which is beneficial to the maintenance of the liquid level gauge.

High Pressure Glass Plate Level Gauges

High Temperature Glass Plate Level Gauges

Working principle:

The raised face flanges on the upper and lower ends of the instrument are connected to the container to form a communicating device, and the actual height of the liquid level can be directly observed through the glass plate. The steel ball is installed in the upper and lower valves. When the glass plate is broken due to an accident, the steel ball automatically closes the liquid flow channel under the pressure inside the container to prevent the medium in the container from continuing to flow out. The upper and lower valve ends are equipped with thread plugs for venting and 



sampling, or discharging the residual liquid in the meter.

The glass plate liquid level meter with light source is designed and manufactured for the monitoring of the steam drum water level of the thermal power generator set. For example, the supporting TV monitoring system can realize remote monitoring. The liquid level gauge can also be used in the monitoring of boiler drum water level in other industries such as petroleum and chemical industry.


Working principle and features:

The two-color liquid level gauge is connected with the steam side and the water side of the steam drum through the steam and water valves to form a communicating body, and the water level of the liquid level meter is consistent with the steam drum water level by using the principle of the connecting device.


Two-color display principle:

The light emitted by the light source is respectively directed to the observation window of the body. In the vapor phase portion of the body, the red light is directed straight ahead, and the green light is absorbed onto the tank wall; at the same time, in the liquid phase, due to the refraction in water, it causes the green light to strike straight ahead, and the red light hits the tank wall and is absorbed. Therefore, the observation in the front of the gauge will get steam red, water green. When the tank is full of steam, the indication of the gauge shows full red. While, when the tank is full of water, the indication shows full green.


Frostproof Glass Plate Level Gauges


Working principle:

Apply the principle of the glass plate level gauge connector. In addition to this principle, the frost-proof glass plate level gauge also applies the temperature gradient principle in physics to solve the frost protection problem, that is, when a thermal conductive material is in contact with a low temperature, the farther away from the low temperature, the temperature is closer to the ambient temperature around, which solves the reading problem. The liquid level gauge has 


two transparent plexiglass fins based on this principle, and the actual liquid level of the container can be displayed on the fins.
